Eligibility Requirements

1. Meet the Eligibility Criteria:

   • Be a student majoring in accounting or a related field like business administration with an accounting concentration.

   • Be enrolled full-time or part-time in an accredited Maryland educational institution.

   • Have completed a foundations accounting course (such as Principles I) and one additional accounting course.

   • Second-career students are also eligible to apply.

2. Submit the Online Application:

   • Complete and submit the online application form by June 30th or January 8th.

3. Send Required Attachments:

   • Attach the necessary documents, including official transcripts.

   • Official transcripts must include the most recent Spring or Fall semester grades before submission.

   • Transcripts that do not include these grades will not be considered.

Please note, students should not send official transcripts prior to the posting of Spring semester class grades. Any transcript received without the most recent Spring semester grades will not be considered for a scholarship.
